WHAT IS TEMPO?
TEMPO is a hub for Running, Strength, and Fitness & Wellness Programs and Classes designed to help runners achieve their fitness goals. Founded by certified running and fitness coaches, Jaymie Pizarro, The Bull Runner, and Jim Spiers, TEMPO is carefully curated with programs that are backed by science and certified coaches.
TEMPO aims to provide runners with all the information you need to excel at running - whether you're new to the sport or an experienced marathoner. We make it easy for you with both live and on-demand content to be viewed at your most convenient time and at your own pace.
IS TEMPO FOR ME?
We love all kinds of runners, most especially those who just want to get started! If you want to run and don't know where to start or you need guidance on training for your next race, be it a 5k or a marathon, we can help. If you want to lose weight or maintain it, get leaner, build muscle, prevent injury, or get stronger through strength training, we can work with you too. We believe in combining the power of cardio and strength to keep you fit and healthy.
WHAT DO YOU OFFER?
Previously named TBR LYF, we successfully launched our two fitness challenges, TBR LYF Virtual Challenge in 2021 and RUNEW in 2022, during the pandemic. We are excited to offer runners with more workouts and programs to improve your performance and help you crush your fitness goals.
We currently offer RUNEW (Jan/Feb) & RUNFIT (Aug/Sep) CHALLENGES, which includes:
+ Curated programs focused on Running and Strength
+ Follow-along workouts and classes
+ Live check-ins with The Bull Runner, Jaymie Pizarro
+ Prizes and discounts
+ Healthy recipes
+ Exclusive membership in the Tempo community
+ Online support from coaches
We are also the home to TBR DREAM UNIVERSITY for:
+ Basecamp, its 12-week pre-marathon running program,
+ TBR Dream Marathon Programs for Beginners and Intermediate Beginners, and
+ TBR Dream Plus, a 20-week marathon program with run-specific strength workouts and meditation classes.
Soon, we will be offering monthly subscriptions, bundled programs, and 1-on-1 coaching for runners who wish to train with us consistently.

WHO ARE THE COACHES?
Our Coaches are all certified and experienced in their fields:
COACH JAYMIE PIZARRO
Coach Jaymie is better known as The Bull Runner. She is the founder of TheBullRunner.com, The Bull Runner Dream Marathon, and Tempo. She is the first Filipino to complete the World Marathon Majors and, to date, has run 19 marathons and finished the Ironman 70.3 Cebu twice. She is a certified USATF Level 1 Running Coach, Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Running Coach, NASM - Certified Personal Trainer, and Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health Coach.
COACH JIM SPIERS
Coach Jim has over 30 years of experience engaging in strength training, cycling, running, and martial arts and has played at a competitive level for various sports teams for rugby and soccer. He has competed in multiple races in cycling and running since his teens. He is a USATF Level 1 Running Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
COACH TRICIA CHIONGBIAN-CONCEPCION
Coach Tricia has been a television and event host, adventure racer, and triathlete for almost 20 years. Now, she leads and guides students from all walks of life in meditation and breathwork. Tricia is a Chopra Certified Perfect Health Ayurveda Instructor and Primordial Sound Meditation teacher. She is also a Sattva Certified Meditation, Kriya, Naad, Hatha Vinyasa, Vedic Wisdom, and a Himalayan Kundalini Instructor.

TEMPO is open to anyone and everyone above 18+ years old anywhere in the world.
