TEMPO offers carefully curated online programs and challenges for RUNNING, STRENGTH, YOGA and MEDITATION to help you reach your fitness goals - no matter where you are in your running journey. Founded by certified Running and Fitness coaches, Jaymie Pizarro (The Bull Runner) and Jim Spiers, TEMPO offers runners a one-stop shop for everything you need to become a stronger, better runner.
